The Marceline Tourism Committee works to promote Marceline as a welcoming destination for visitors, families, groups, and anyone interested in experiencing the history, charm, and community spirit of Marceline.
Our purpose is to attract visitors, support local events, promote all of Marceline’s attractions, and help coordinate tourism-related projects that benefit the entire community. From historic sites and local businesses to community celebrations and special events, the committee helps showcase the people, places, and stories that make Marceline unique.
Marceline has a special place in American history, with deep ties to Walt Disney’s childhood, small-town life, railroading, agriculture, and community tradition. The Marceline Tourism Committee exists to help share that story with visitors while also supporting the businesses, organizations, and residents who make Marceline a place worth discovering.
By encouraging tourism, strengthening local partnerships, and promoting events and attractions outside of Marceline, the committee helps bring more people to town and supports the continued growth and vitality of our community.
Whether someone is visiting for a festival, exploring Marceline’s history, shopping Main Street USA, attending a local event, or simply discovering our town for the first time, the Marceline Tourism Committee‘s goal is to help create a positive and memorable experience.
Marceline is more than a place to visit. It is a community with a story to tell.
